This was my favourite throughout the whole trip. So this shall be the first post of 2012. We followed a tour so we don’t have to drive.
We got up super early to prepare but we still have no time for breakfast.
Had brunch bar as breakfast. We ate so many of these throughout the whole trip, just to save cost.
So early, the sun had not rose yet. Super foggy.
Slowly rising
Oh yeah friend chosen this tour because of their see-through roof.
Reached Te Anau. A small town with a beautiful church made entirely of glass. The bus moved along too fast. Couldn’t manage a photo.
Can really sense their hatred toward possum. But their fur actually feel quite soft.
Ended up buying one on our way back. Days later saw the same piece from a shop in Queenstown at a much cheaper price. T___T
Still long to go
Really cold. Just realised I can make this palm stamp and saw it vanished in a short while.
First stop for us to take photo.
Next stop, mirror lake.
See-through roof can get pretty hot at about noon time. :D
The second toilet break stop. No idea where was I.
For the whole trip, we have been drinking boiled water from our hotel kettle. When the tour guide said those waterfall water can be drink, we were so happy and immediately poured out our water.
I immersed my hand for so long under the water for this photo. I think my hand almost froze.
Tada~~~ No need to drink metallic taste water anymore. Happy happy~~
Our tour bus
The real spring water. hahaha…..
A video of the homer tunnel on our way to the milford sound.
These are the wow scenery.
Reaching destination. Look like Guilin or not?
Boarding pass to our cruise
Free tea. Sandwich bought last night from a convenient store. Super stingy asian.
On the deck
Signing guest book.
After a short while, I saw a lot of people looking out from the window. Then I realised they were all looking at these.
The end, the rest of the journey is a repeat of what we came from so I slept throughout the whole journey back. By the time we reached Queenstown it was all dark. We were dropped off at our hotel and quickly get changed for late night dinner.
Realised all shops close pretty early. It was about 9pm. We ended up having Kebab.
Then, spent the rest of the night losing up in a casino.
